sorry this is a bit delayed.
so yesterday i had fully planed to do at least 20 lengths but then life happened. i went to get money off the OH and found him badly. As i was oncall i had no choice but to send him home. This meant no exercise but my food diary is good.
I had a sausage and egg bagel, pea and ham soup and 2 bagels with cream cheese. I had 2 cans of coke, 2 cups of tea and loads of water.
Today has been better. I had a bagel this morning with a cup of tea. I then came home and hoovered the whole house, washed the pots and cleaned the sides. i also had 20mins of exercise. I had a lat lunch at 3:15pm of a fillet burger from kfc and a glass of coke and so far that is it. hope it doesn't affect my weight to much. well off to do healthy food shopping now.
speak later

The dieting diary's or i hope it will be.
As most people i worry about my weight and how i appear to others. This has got worse in last few months due to outside pressures and wanting to look slim for the summer. Cue weighing myself this morning to find i'm the heaviest i've been. I'd just like to say before i write the post that i do have a hormone imbalance and the doctor has advised not much they can do. I have been on the slimfast for 3 months and although i lost 8lbs i have gained i all back in a week of stopping so now i'm doing it the old fashioned way.
Right i hope you will offer my encouragement along the way to my ideal weight of 10 and a half stone so therefore a size 10(12 at maximum). I am currently a size 16 although do fit in 14 clothes and do own some 12 tops that are baggy. I weigh 13 stone and 11lbs which isn't bad for my 5'10" frame but i feel i'm huge.
So first day of my new life and i have joined a gym. Not actually done any exercise as yet but am planning on swimming tomorrow.
From 9pm last night to 8pm today i have eaten the following.
2 slices of toast with little butter, a big mac (i was rushing from meeting to meeting), a 6 inch turkey sub from subway with salad. I have also had 3 cups of tea, a glass of water and 500m of sprite.
I will update this everyday so others can see my journey and hopefully an improvement. Also i can check back through and see what i can change if i need to.
Goodbye for now

I found something out about myself last night and about human nature too. How come as a society w feel more comfortable sharing information with people we don't know rather then family and friends?
I came across this realisation last night whilst on facebook. There i was expecting a pretty sedate night on the more magazine fan page and the conversation turned saucy. I felt more confident in joining the conversation and comments then i would've expected. You see i'm generally a private person but for some reason posting online is sort of anonymous in a way. you can say things you wouldn't talk to friends and family about. I feel this is because you feel you wont be judged, based on what you say, against your normally personality. Also the delete and block buttons make it easy to not suffer the names, teasing and abuse you may endure if you tell someone you already know.
Also from what i have been told and experienced myself sites such as facebook and internet forums make it easier to talk about taboo subject. Whether this be sexual or a health issue such as depression and mental health issues. After speaking to others i found it wasn't just me that had this opinion.
A said i agree with it tbh! There's people on here that I've met through more that I talk to everyday or so! It's much easier to talk openly! As you know you won't be judged!
C commented saying that it's definately easier to talk to someone you don't know and who won't judge you. Although sometimes people do still try too. Also because its a page of a magazine you know everyone else is going to be pretty much on the same wavelength as you and enjoy the same things. Things you may not have in common with other friends or family members.
X said yes I agree, I find it a lot easier to share thoughts and feelings to strangers and I think the more page is great for that with like minded girls and generally the same age its helpful even if you dont comment to see what thier problems are and relate to them its a good subject.
So this shows that people prefer to do this as the people you are speak and sharing with are easier due to similar interests. I also believe this can be quite theraputic as you can talk with people you are going through or have gone through what you are experiencing. Also its a good place for non judgemental advice.

Tips for travels to Prague
Right so I'd like to start of my blogging with some travel advice. Seeing hotels4u.Com's twitter question i decided to write this blog. They mentioned that Prague is a romantic getaway. A fact I fully agree with although it is also fantastic for a girls weekend. I have in fact been to Prague twice. The first was with my partner and the second on a girls weekend. I got 5 days and 4 nights in November and stayed in the Zizkov area which is the Ohrada tram stop. This is just a 20 minute tram ride from the centre of Prague. This only cost £80. The second time was a bit dearer at £120 but we did go in the summer. Both times we stayed at the same hotel. A taxi from the airport to the Ohrada/ Zizkov area is quite cheap around £25-30 and can be booked in advance from most hotels. I would highly recommend this on the second occasion i decided not to. This resulted in us all getting quite lost trying to navigate bus, underground and trams. There are a few must See's in Prague and mine may not be to every ones idea's but here goes. I'd highly recommend visiting the Charles Bridge and walking along this. Under the bridge hosts a place for local artists to sell their works as well as on the bridge itself. I personally picked up 6 small pictures for around £45 which is a bargain to look at the quality. From the Charles bridge you can walk towards the french embassy which plays host to the Lennon wall. This is a tribute to John Lennon and has a vast history dating back to his death and Prague's struggle against communism and free speech.
A trip to the old town square will be worth it. There you can find the famous astronomical clock and it holds markets and stalls on most days. Also available from there are horse and carriage rides through the city.
Also a must see is the 'Prague castle'. It is not how the name would suggest. It is a huge walled structure which holds the old royal palace and many other buildings. The one i was compelled by was a huge Gothic cathedral. The architecture both inside and out is breathtaking and will leave you going back for more. Also housed in the walls is a life story of the royal family and various cafes and snack places. Another must see is the toy museum. If you loved barbies as a child then this is heaven. It hosts a whole floor of nearly every barbie every made including actors, singers and TV characters plus many more. For those who are wanting to go for a weekend away either men or women then try the wine bar outside the walls. You sit amongst the vines so you know exactly where your wine is coming from. The wine is quite cheap as well about a pound less then you would pay in England. If like me your a fussy eater the Rocky o'rileys is a fantastic place to it. There are signs in wencelas square directing you to this. Meals are about 600 kc. The national museum is a good day out but you will need at least 3 hours to get around this.
when walking bout remember to keep your bag and wallets close to you. If someone asks you for directions or help then just apologise and walk on as this is a known trick to mug you.
Last but not least enjoy Prague. It is a beautiful city to just walk around and discover for yourself.
